Panos Kozanian joined Crosspoint Capital as an Operating Partner in 2026.  Panos was most recently EVP of Product Engineering at Five9 (NASDAQ: FIVN), where he led approximately 1,000 engineers across six countries and grew the company’s AI portfolio to a $150M run rate. Before Five9, he spent over 14 years at Cisco building collaboration software including Webex and ran the emerging technologies incubation lab chartered with finding the company’s next billion-dollar businesses. Panos grew up in the Republic of the Congo and is fluent in English, French, and Armenian. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
